Blink Group Gallery Internship
Blink Group’s internship program gives interns in-depth exposure to the workings of gallery and practical training. Internship projects are based on the organization’s needs and requirements and are assigned to interns with the appropriate skills and interests.
Internship applications are accepted throughout the year and students are required to commit at least two months. Internships are unpaid but can qualify for college credit and recommendation letters based on performance. If you are interested, please send an email to email@example.com
Completed application should include the following: a typed resume with list of accomplishments, extracurricular activities, art exhibitions/events and/or other achievements; a Personal Statement (no more than 500 words, double-spaced) answering the following: 1.) Why are you interested in doing an internship at Blink Group gallery? How does the Blink Group gallery internship fit with your background and career goals? 2.) What do you hope to gain from your internship experience and what do you believe you can contribute?

Projects and responsibilities:
Support in analyzing and engaging target audiences through Blink Group website and social media.
– Researching and writing for the website and social media
– Data organization (Organizing contact information)
– Tracking media coverage and creating a value analysis
– Helping maintain communications databases (media contacts)
Assist in designing and developing of layouts for marketing materials, using appealing graphics that are well organized.
– Designing and creating brochures, cards and anything else required by Blink Group Gallery
Minimum numbers of hours per week: 20
The successful candidate will have general marketing knowledge and strong familiarity with social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, etc). Marketing, public relations or graphic design students preferred. The candidate should work well as part of a team and also be self-directed, punctual, dependable, and knowledgeable of arts a plus. The candidate must have excellent organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge of applicable software and applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a strong plus and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
