Pablo Fernandez

Pablo Fernandez hails from Cuba, and is one of the youngest talents of the island nation. At 23 years old, he has always known that he wanted to be an artist. As a child, he painted his first strokes under the supervision of his parents, also his greatest influences. Pablo was fortunate to have the full support of his family, his schools, local cultural establishments, and the San Alejandro Academy, where he received additional preparation in his craft. 

Pablo’s works are inclined to the figurative. There is a marked preference for portraits and the human figure, pictorial bodies and faces that are capable of transmitting sensations. He enjoys the process of creation, seeing how his work is born and takes on a life of its own over the course of each day.

In addition to inclusion in a long list of Cuban exhibitions and art contests since 2015, Pablo’s works have been featured in several international exhibitions and private collections in France, Mexico, United States, Spain and Austria.
